Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for the return shipping/collection fee. The fee ranges from AED 25 to AED 50, depending on the size and weight of the package being returned.

• Small packages: AED 25
• Medium packages: AED 35
• Large packages: AED 50

The applicable fee will be confirmed by our support team before the return is processed.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method.
• Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Used or damaged items
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
